Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@marshallmadetumblers.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Customers wanting to return items for instances like, changed mine, bought wrong items. A return address will be provided. The customer will need to pay for the return shipping. Once items are received back, a refund will be issued. Any fees incurring because of a returned item will be deducted out of the refund. As we do not pay for returns on items the buyer no longer wants. Meaning if the buyer uses the return to shipper option, and a fee is charged, we will deduct the fee from the refund as the return shipping should be paid by the buyer.
If a return is submitted and we find the items are not as claimed in the the return such as Damaged, wrong items sent. The return shipping will be deducted from the refund. (Buyers can not state an item is defective to avoid paying for return shipping).

All cups conditions are listed as new, unless otherwise stated. The boxes are to protect the cups. Some may arrive slightly damaged because of the weight of the steel cup. We do not accept returns or offer discounts if cups arrive in boxes with dents or imperfections. If the tumbler is damaged. Please see our policy to have item (s) replaced or returned.
Shipping policy
We are not responsible for errors with the shipping address if entered incorrectly when checking out. We will do everything we can to help locate a package if there is an issue. If a package can not be located or rerouted (at customers cost, if any). We will need to wait for the items in question to be returned before issuing a refund or sending out another package. Please check and make sure the address is entered correctly.
Delays in shipping due to shipping company.
Currently with the pandemic, packages are taking longer to receive in some cases. We will always ship out right away, but please understand once the package is handed over to the shipping company, we are not responsible for delays. We do not gurantee delivery dates.
If a package is delayed or lost. We will file a claim on your behalf once contacted. Both USPS and UPS require a certain amount of time (2 weeks) in order for a claim to be filed. Currently durning the holiday rush, some packages are showing a longer delay due to shipping company. We are not able to offer refund because of delayed packages.
If a package is shown as delivered, Marshall Made Tumblers will not cover stolen items. We will contact the delivery company to request the GPS information for the package. If they confirm it was left at the correct location, We are not able to file a claim for stolen packages after delivered. We do suggest contacting your neighbors to see if they are holding it for you. Marshall Made Tumblers will not issue a refund or replacement.
Free Shipping Discount
When the free shipping discount is enabled, we will only ship items via UPS Ground. If a customer uses the Free shipping discount code and picks priority service, the package will automatically be sent out UPS Ground
At this time, we are not able to offer free shipping to the following customers:
- Customers using a PO Box
- Customers who live in Hawaii and Puerto Rico
- Customers outside of the United States.
Free Shipping does NOT include overnight service, express service. Or any other services other than UPS ground.
Duties:
Any duties associated with this purchase will be the buyers responsibility. Marshall made will not be held for duties owed upon delivery. Please make sure you know what fees, if any will be required with your purchase when the item arrives in your country.
If a customer refuses to pay any fees/duties and package is abandoned at customs. We will wait for the original package to be returned before refunds can be issued. The original shipping will be deducted from refund. As the origonal shipping service was completed. If there is a return charge to have items returned from receivers country. Buy will be responsible for paying this before any refund will be issued. Items not received back to Marshall Made Tumblers will not be refunded. (Updated 2/2024)
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Route Insurance
Marshall Made Tumblers provides the option for customer to purchase additional insurance for their order. We will only cover the amount allowed by the third party shipping company if an order arrives damaged, lost or is stolen. UPS only covers up to $100.00 (shipping included) and USPS covers up to $50.00. If there is an issue, customer agrees to file a claim directly with route if purchased, or work with Marshall Made Tumblers to file a claim directly with the third party shipping company. Marshall Made tumblers will not cover anything over the amount the third party company agrees upon. We highly suggest purchasing the additional route insurance to assure that the order is covered for damages, lost of stolen. The customer must directly submit a claim with Route if the route insurance is purchased.
All exchanges, refunds will be handled after a status of claim has been determined. We must wait for the final results.
If the item arrives damaged. We will work with you to file a claim. The receiving customer must be willing to provide photos and proof of damaged. As these items are crucial in filing a claim. Failure to provide information showing the damage will void any claim and or refund from Marshall Made Tumblers. Claims must be made within 14 days of delivery. Claims submitted after that will be denied from route. Marshall made will not cover items denied by route for this reason.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
If items are returned and the item is not damaged as stated in the communication from the buyer to us at Marshall Made Tumblers, we will only issue a refund for the items and not the return shipping. We will provide photos and or video with the condition of items once they are returned if they are in question.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
